Guide to overclock Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 P7500 and P7510: Samsung Galaxy Tab is powered by 1GHz dual-core Nvidia Tegra 2 chipset which was the world’s first dual-core mobile processor. Performance wise it was quite good at that time when Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 was released. But now the scenario has changed completely , all high end Android devices are coming with quad-core processors and much more powerful GPU. Games and apps are becoming more demanding. Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is now not good enough for gaming and other demanding tasks. We can see little slow down here and there. Get the most out of your Galaxy Tab 10.1 by overclocking the processor. Overclocking is the process by which we can run the processor over default clock speed for better performance.  The default clock speed of Nvidia Tegra 2 is 1GHz but using some modified custom kernel we can increase it up to 1.6GHz without any noticeable heating or battery life issues. Overclocking voids warranty and it can damage the device. If you are ready to take the risk and experience faster performance from the dated Gatalxy Tab 10.1 please follow the steps carefully. We will be taking the help of an A1 kernel to overclock the tablet. The kernel works perfectly on both 3G and WI-Fi only variant of Samsung Galaxy Tab know as P7500 and P7510 respectedly. The tablet should be running latest stock ICS ROM.
